Charlotte E. Morey, 85, of Central Square, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 6th.  She was born in Evans Mills, NY to William and Sylvia LeClair and raised by Mr. and Mrs. George Alton.  She graduated from Morrisville College in 1952 with a degree in Nursing.  Charlotte worked at Crouse Irving Hospital until she was married.  She was a member of the Cleveland VFW and the West Monroe United Methodist Church. 

Charlotte was predeceased by her husband, Myrle E. Morey; sisters, Dorothy, Helen, Arlene and Caroline; brothers, George and Douglas.

She is survived by her sister, Rosemary Hawkins of AZ; numerous nieces and nephews; grand and great grand nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, June 13th from 10AM to 1PM at Traub Funeral Home, Central Square.  Services will follow at 1PM at the funeral home.  Burial will follow the West Monroe Cemetery.

Contributions may be made to the West Monroe United Methodist Church or the West Monroe Volunteer Fire Department.
