Hi , i would just like to say how saddened I am to just find out of Franks passing . Frank lived across the street from my boyfriend Eddie Schley , and we would always wave or talk in passing when I would come visit Eddie . Every spring Frank would plant flowers in Eddies planters and water them because Eddie works long hours . I will miss not seeing him sitting in the doorway n waving as I pull in or leave . We send our deepest condolences . Sorry for your loss!!!
