Pamela J. Higgins, 49, of Altmar, passed peacefully at home on Friday, December 22nd. 

She is survived by her companion Justin Karwatske; children Richard and Audri Boshane; mother Carol (Tom) Chapman; and two sisters. 

A Memorial Service will be held privately in the spring.
