Robert "Bobby" Mosher, 69, of Clay, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday.

Born and raised in Syracuse, Bobby served with the US Navy during the Vietnam War.  He retired early 2000 with the Local Teamsters #317.  Bobby was an avid sportsman who loved to fish, hunt, and play golf, where he was a member of Rose Creek Golf Club. Bobby had a wealth of knowledge, that was readily available, for anyone needing help.

Bobby is predeceased by his parents Peter and Delores Mosher; son Michael Mosher; and sister Susan Capstraw. He is survived by his wife of 17 years Sonya Parker-Brooks; children Alicia N. (Mosher) Sallinger and husband Jason, Heather Parker, Anthony Brooks; step daughters Jessica (Chace) Cole and Erin Chace; sisters Margaret "Peggy" Edwards and Carole Russo; 13 grandchildren; one great grandson; and George.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, 1 pm to 3 pm, at Clay Fire Department, 4384 NYS Rt. 31, Clay, NY 13041.  Donations may be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital, www.stjude.org.
