Virginia A. Kinney, 61, of Parish, passed away on Tuesday with her husband at her side. She was born in Rome, NY and in her childhood moved to Parish, where she became a well known resident. She is predeceased by her father Boyd W. Banks.

She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Mike Kinney; her son, Chris (Sandy) Kinney; grandchildren, Lara and Mike Kinney; mother, Florence Banks; brothers, Steve (Kelly) Reader, Bob (Agga) Reader, Dave (Amy) Reader, Howard Seamon, Eric (Dawn) Banks, Mike (Margie) Banks, Randy (Linda) Banks, Boyd (Nancy) Banks; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, 4 – 7 PM, at the Traub Funeral Home, Central Square, with services to follow.
