Charles "Dick" R. Pierce

Charles "Dick" R. Pierce, 84, of Constantia passed away with family at his side on Monday, March 18th.  Dick retired as an electrician with IBEW local 43.  He was an avid golfer.  He was a frequent diner at Eddies in Sylvan Beach.

Dick is predeceased by his parents, Paul and Martha Pierce; four siblings, Jane, Phyllis, David and Carl.

He is survived by his wife of 55 3/4 years, Anne (Van Almelo) Pierce; four children, Melanie Pierce, Gail Brown, Jill Pierce and Rick Pierce; three grandchildren, Brandon (Tammy) Wood, Amanda (Scott) Richards and Robert Brown; one great grandson, Zane Richards; five siblings, Paul Pierce, Gary Pierce, John Pierce, Mary Lyn Pierce and Cindy Pierce Harris; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will take place at the Constantia VFW on Sunday, April 7th from 2 – 5 PM.
