Laura "Vicky" Brown, 82, of Bernhards Bay, NY. Born January 25th 1937 she passed on January 11th 2020, to reunite with her late husband of 61 years, David who pre-deceased her in 2016.

Laura and David raised 5 children; Deborah (Chuck) Reichel, Dava (Ned) Dusharm, Donna (Harold) Horning, David E. Brown, and Kim (Joe) Scofield. Blessed by 11 grand children, and 4 great grand children. Survived by 2 sisters; Joyce Kinney (Richard) and Gail Murtaugh (Dick). Pre-decesed by 2 brothers; Ronald (Joe) Yelle and Floyd Yelle as well as 3 sisters; Marie Timbello (Anthony), Joann Buss (Jim), and Faith Horning (Malon).

Laura's passion for life was to care and spend time with those she loved. She was an amazing woman that truly loved unconditionally and selflessly. A teacher and best friend with compassion and empathy. She was the rock and protector. Her sense of humor would shine through at any moment, sometimes taking you by surprise and lightening even the most difficult of situations.

Laura will be greatly missed.

Per her wish, there will be no services for Laura at this time. In lieu of flowers or donations Laura would rather you spend more time with your loved ones and make sure they know how much they mean to you... life is truly precious and far, far to short.
