my prayers and thoughts go out to the family. malen and I are cousins I have many fond memories growing up. one that I can remember is of him and his brothers going into a store in Edwards and purchasing something and telling them to charge it to uncle lyles bill . we was loved by all is uncles and aunts and cousins. he will be missed. pat may god surround you with his love

MALEN WAS FAMILY TO ME AND A LONG TIME FRIEND!! I MET HIM WHEN I WAS AROUND 16, AND HE IS THE SAME PERSON WHEN I MET HIM, AS HE WAS WHEN I LAST SAW HIM A FEW WEEKS AGO..., HUMBLE, AND ALWAYS CONSIDERATE, CONTENT WITH WHO HE WAS, EASY TO TALK TO, TREATED EVERYONE THE SAME, LOVED TO JOKE AND TEASE, I AM SURE ALL WHO KNOW HIM HAVE BEEN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF HIS HUMOR...STRONG IN ALL HE ENDURED, AND STILL SMILED AND JOKED.......I WILL MISS SEEING HIM AND HAVING OUR TALKS, , AND JUST KNOWING IF I HAD NOT SEEN HIM AND PATTI FOR A BIT, THEY WERE BOTH,THERE, HE IS A GREAT PAINTER, AND I HAD A FEW WEEKS AGO, SET OUT, A PICTURE HE GAVE ME, OF WINTER, AND TREES ALL AROUND, SO IT IS THE FIRST THING ONE WILL SEE WHEN ENTERING MY FRONT DOOR,, SOMETIMES OUR HEARTS JUST CANNOT PUT INTO WORDS, OUR FEELINGS...
