Alan O’Connor, born August 7, 1964, a life long resident of Brewerton, NY passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 29th after a brief illness. Al was a graduate of Central Square High School.
He is predeceased by his stepson Jarrett Wells, father Bill O’Connor, and step-brother Kenny Clark.
He leaves behind his mother, Barbara (Bill) Bucher, his loving wife Debbie, daughter Jessica (Sean), son Zachary (Sara), grandson Colson Jarrett, brother Patrick (Rhonda) sister Michele (John) Farill, step-siblings John (Tracy) Bucher, Dawn (Bill) Schwartz, Paulie Clark, Kristen (Steve) Harmer, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
With Al it was more about others and less about himself. He had a rough and tumble exterior with a kind, gentle and loyal heart.
Alan was a jack of all trades and master of many. There wasn’t much he couldn’t do or fix. Anything that Al did he always gave it his all.
He loved to smile and make other laugh and smile as well. He lived life to its fullest and brought everyone along for the ride with his jokes and mischievous attitude. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. One of his biggest joys in life was spending time with his new grandson Colson, the apple of his eye.
Alan will be deeply missed by many coworkers, neighbors, friends; old and new, and of course his wife and family.
