Charles “Charlie” Enos Greenwood, 65 of West Monroe, New York passed in his home unexpectedly on August 3rd, 2026.
He was born in Syracuse, New York on June 19, 1961 to the late Charles and Marie Nolan Greenwood. In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his, brother James Greenwood, Sr.; beloved uncle James Nolan; niece, Sarah Greenwood and nephew, James Greenwood, Jr..
He worked as a semi-truck driver for over 30 years and dump truck driver for Precise Paving and Excavation for the last 14. Charlie loved hunting and NASCAR and would talk to anyone about his current favorite driver in the series.
Charlie is survived by his daughter Vanessa (Chad) Mrazek and sons Aaron and Joe Greenwood, grandchildren Dominic, Ellison, Joseph (LJ) and Nicolien, and his sister, Deborah Greenwood;
Calling hours will be held from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at Traub Funeral Home, Inc., 684 North Main Street, Central Square, New York. Services and burial in West Monroe Cemetery will be private.
