Charles "Chuck" Wescott, 74, of Central Square, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, with loving family by his side.
In his early years, Chuck worked at the Caughdenoy Feed Mill before taking over the operations at Wescott Dairy Farm. He retired from Laborer's Union #333. He enjoyed flea markets and volunteering for several local fire department auctions but his greatest passion was spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Chuck is predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Marion Wescott; brother Wesley Wescott; and sister Eleanor Kay Miner. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Mary Lou Wescott; children Frederick Wescott, Kenneth, Sr. (Donna) Wescott, Charlene Mae (Dino) Tortorelli, April Marie (Kenneth) Van Antwerp; daughter in law Mary L. Keys Wescott; brother Vernon Wescott; sister June (Bill) Phillips; brother in law John Minor; grandchildren Jennifer, Wayne, Charlie, Kenneth, Jr., Nichole, Alicia, Jessica, Samantha, Mary Jane, Joey, Bobby, Lacey, Julie, Mark, Jr., Troy, and Alex; 26 great great grandchildren; and his loving emu Big Bird.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday, 11 am to 1 pm, at Traub Funeral Home, 684 N. Main St., Central Square with a Funeral Service to follow at 1 pm.
