Charlotte Marie (Andrews) Barnes

Charlotte Marie Barnes, 78 of Hastings, New York died Monday, October 13, 2025 at home surrounded by family following a brief illness. 

Mrs. Barnes was born March 6, 1947 in Fulton, New York, daughter of the late Orris "Andy" and Genevieve Sikes Andrews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Rodney S. Barnes.

She resided for years in Port St. Lucie, Florida where she retired from Chase Bank following many years of service. She had many interest but mostly enjoyed spending time with family.

Charlotte is survived by a son, Andrew (Maria) Bullock; daughter, Mary-Jo (Marc) Carpenter; grandchildren, Andrew (La'Jaye) Hilts, Nicholas Bullock and Maranda Carpenter; great grandchildren, Andrew "Drew" Hilts, Jr. and Mia Hilts; sister, Sallie Clark.
