David J. Dillenbeck, Sr

David J. Dillenbeck, Sr, 82, of Central Square, Ny, passed away on December 31, 2022. He was born on January 31, 1940 in Syracuse to the late David C. and the late Adelaide (Coffey) Dillenbeck. David was preceded in death by his daughter, Theresa Ann and his sister, Patricia.

 David graduated from ESM High School. He worked for Niagara Mohawk as a Foreman Mechanic for 30 years until he retired. He built Dave’s Automotive which is now Top Gun Collision in Central Square. Dave enjoyed his Geese and being on his property. He loved going to Race Car races. He loved boats and snowmobiles, but he loved Coors Light most of all.

David is survived by his wife, Vivian (Morgan); his children, David J. Dillenbeck, Jr, Dawn Cramer, James Dillenbeck, and Scott Dillenbeck; his brothers, Richard (Jean) Dillenbeck and Steven (Carol) Dillenbeck.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, January5, 2023 from 3- 5 PM at Traub Funeral Home, Central Square. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 5 PM at the funeral home. David's family would like to invite all to continue in the Celebration of David's Life by joining them at the American Legion Post 915,  Route 49 after his funeral at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank David’s nurse, Amy Rellos for her loving and wonderful care that she gave to David.
