Donna Riggleman

Donna L. Riggleman, 78, of Pulaski, NY, passed into the arms of her JESUS on Saturday April 11, 2020, after a lengthy illness. 

Donna was born to Elmer P. Dreher and Lucille M. Dreher on October 30, 1941. She lived most of her adult life in Phoenix, NY and moved to Pulaski, NY a few years ago. She was strong willed, but a very giving person.  She was always there to help others.  Donna loved the outdoors, took great care of her flowers and yard.  And she loved animals, she would take little bugs or snakes and put them back in the yard, if they were in the way.  The exception was mice, she was not at all fond of them and helped them to "mouse heaven" whenever she could. 

She is going to be greatly missed by her loving son, Mark J. Connell, of Baldwinsville/Pulaski, and daughter Michele T. Babcock of Mesa, AZ.  A grandson Joshua T. Manfredi, and her sister Eileen D. Dreher of Pulaski, and her best friend Brioena, her Westhighland terrier.

We know she would want to thank her other best friend, Deb Bedford for walking thru this with her, and most of all thanking ALL the staff, doctors and nurses at St. Joseph's Hospital, that took such good care of her this past month.
