Earl G. Pauls

Earl G. Pauls, 84, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully at his Daughter’s home in Boonville, NY. He was born in Syracuse, NY to the late George and the late Teckla (Koch) Pauls on September 26, 1936. Earl was preceded in death by his wife of almost 62 years, Mary (Scharoun) and his daughter, Kathleen Pauls-Jeffrey.

Earl graduated from Assumption Academy in 1954. After graduation, he enlisted and served in the United States Air Force. Earl was a Machinist for Carrier Corporation for many years before retiring in 1999. He enjoyed woodworking, making his family heirlooms for years to come.

Earl is survived by his daughters, Dianne (Joseph) Stefanko, Darleen (David) Scholl, and Linda (Barry) Richards; a son-in-law, Donald Jeffrey; a sister, Eileen Testone; grandchildren, Crystal, Michael, Megan, Patrick, Jennifer, Daniel, and Nichole; six great-grandchildren, Emma, Dean, Amelia, Dylan, Piper; and Wyatt; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 4- 6 PM at Traub Funeral Home, Bridgeport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM in the St. Francis of Assisi Church, Bridgeport.
