Gary "Jiggs" Greene, Sr., 85, passed away peacefully at his home in Bridgeport after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Jiggs graduated from Central Tech High School and was a member of Teamsters Union Local #317. He loved the New York Yankees, Giants, and watching his grandchildren play sports.

Jiggs was predeceased by his loving wife Jane, of 60 years, in 2017. He leaves behind his sons Gary (Deanna) of Bridgeport and David (Terri) Greene of Oneida; daughter Ann (Joe) Wiley of Fayetteville; five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. He will remain forever in our hearts.

Private Funeral Services will be held at Traub Funeral Home, Inc., Bridgeport, with burial to follow at Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse
