Howard passed away at home March 23rd after a short illness . Howard was born March 12th 1950 to Paul and Helen Adsit Vance , he graduated from Sandy Creek Central School. A marriage to Ginnie Kohl ended in divorce , they had a son Duane. Howard is survived by two brothers Joe and sue Vance Morristown ny, Ken and Tina Vance Henderson Harbor ny and many nieces and nephews he was predeceased by two brothers John and Keith. There will be no calling hours or funeral services, burial will be at the convenience of the family.
