Jacqueline Brant

Jacqueline "Jackie" Brant, 89 of Bridgeport, New York passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Upstate at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, New York.

Jackie was born June 16, 1936 in Bellville, Ontario, Canada, daughter of the late Clarence and Ida Maracle Brant. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband James Albert Brant, a son James Gary Brant and a son-in-law, James Turner. She loved playing cards, laughing, just relaxing listening to classic country music.

Surviving are daughters, Darlene Turner, Cheryl (Peewee) Lynch, Vicki (Mark) Sitnik and Sue (Tom) Russo; sister, Wilma Maracle; 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be 4:00-6:00pm with service to follow immediately on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Traub Funeral Home, 7975 Route 31, Bridgeport, New York. Burial will be private.
