Janet Ruth Martin

Janet Marin passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, after a brief illness, with her family by her side.

She was born on September 29, 1949, to the late Carl and Elenor Yerdon.

Janet went on to marry Charles Martin.

Some of her enjoyments in life were doing word search puzzles, animals and wildlife, and most of all, being with her family.

In addition to her parents, Janet is predeceased by her sister, Lois Kuzma.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Martin; children, Jamie (Candy) Chinn and Shawn Chinn; brothers, Norman (Jean) Yerdon of Adams, NY and Daniel (Debbie) Yerdon of Sandy Creek; sister, Terry (David) Hubbard of Pulaski; grandkid, Christopher James; along with several step-grandkids and great-step-grandkids.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
