Jennifer J. (Kinney) Lewis of Constantia, NY, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, November 23, 2024.
Born October 22, 1950, to the late Nelson and Betty Kinney.
Jennifer worked for Continental telephone company for several years. She then went on to become a wonderful mother and housewife. Jennifer was married to her husband, Victor for over 51 years. Later on, Jennifer went to work for Kleis MD as a medical transcriptionist.
Some of Jennifer’s enjoyments in life were quilting, crafting, gardening, and especially taking care of her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Jennifer is predeceased by her sisters, Michelle Kinney and Jo Kinney; brother, Nelson Kinney; Stepfather, Richard Kempston; In-Laws, John and Doris Lewis; and Sister-in-Law, Virginia Kinney.
Those left to cherish her memory are her Husband, Victor Lewis; Sons, Mathew (Krista) Lewis, and Justin Lewis; Daughter, Jessica (Brian) Wood; Brother, Michael Kinney; Grandchildren, Leah Wood, Johnathan Lewis, Nichole Lewis, and Kullen Kempisty; Nephews, Christopher Kinney, and Nathaniel (Christie) Halstead; Niece, Carrie Halstead; Sister-in-law, Nancy (Ron) Halstead; Practice Grandkids; Lara Kinney, and Michael Kinney; along with pets, Josie the dog and cats, Saide and Belle.
Calling hours will take place on Friday, November 29, 2024, at Traub Funeral Home Inc., 684 N. Main Street, Central Square, NY 13036, from 2:00pm – 5:00pm, with a funeral starting at 5:00pm. There will be a gathering at Mike Kinney’s house following the funeral at 1 Easy Street, Parish, NY, all are welcome.
