Joan Barrett Obituary

Joan Miriam Barrett passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

She was born to the late James and Ruth (Sheehan) Frazier on November 22, 1951.

Joan was the biggest music fan, always having music playing in her house, The Beatles being her favorite. Joan enjoyed spending time with her near and dear best friends, Jay and Helen Litz. She also enjoyed making arts and crafts.

Joan is survived by her children, Stephen (Summer) Salisbury, Jason Salisbury, and Lisa Barrett; siblings, Jimmy Frazier, Patsy Fillippi, Grace (Ray) Burton, and Eddy (Danielle) Frazier; along with several nieces and nephews.
