Joanne B. Heim

Joanne B. Heim, 89, passed away at Elderwood in Liverpool, NY, on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

Visitation will be held at Traub Funeral Home in Bridgeport, NY from  5:00PM to 7:00PM on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Burial will be at Pine Plains Cemetery in Kirkville, NY, where she will be laid to rest with her husband. 

Joanne was born in Syracuse, NY, on March 03, 1936, to the late Earl and Nathalie Mason. She graduated from St. Anthony of Padua High School and worked in customer service at NEC in Syracuse. Joanne married Albert W. Heim Jr. on April 30, 1960.

Joanne was an active member of the Cicero Senior Citizen Center, and she loved playing Bingo and Bunco with her friends. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile, the Ladies Auxillary of her local VFW and volunteered her time at New Beginnings Mastectomy Boutique. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children; Michelle (Dan) Henson, Mark (Dawn) Heim, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, as well as several nephews and extended family.
