Joseph R. Rose

Joseph “Joe” R. Rose, 66, of Parish passed away on December 20, 2020. He was born on May 3, 1954 in Watertown, NY to the late Joseph and the late Nettie (Martin) Rose.

 Joe owned and operated Joe Rose Towing & Hauling in Parish as well as Joe Rose Junk Yard. He joined the Army in 1973 and proudly served until 1978. Joe met the love of his life, Valorie,  in 1975 and they married in 1977. Together, they raised 4 children. Joe was a member of the American Legion Post 358 for many years. He was also a member of the NRA. Joe enjoyed building cars. He loved to landscape. He could make any property look beautiful. He was an avid pool player.  His favorite past time was spending time with his family and friends.

Joe is survived by his wife, Valorie (Cronk); his children, Joseph (Jamie) Rose, Jr, Anita (Tim Everett) Rose, Ashley Rose, Justin Rose; grandchildren, Julia, Peyton, Katie, Lily, Jaxton, and a baby on the way; siblings, Linda (Jim) Rose-Taylor, John Rose, and Deborah Butcher; several nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Visitation from 11 am- 1 pm on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the Traub Funeral Home, 684 N. Main St., Central Square, NY 13036. A Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm.
