Joshua Michael Simko, age 25, passed away peacefully at Upstate University Hospital on the morning of April 28, 2022. The sun rose and the world welcomed Joshua on March 19, 1997, a day the world became a little brighter. Joshua lived life on his own terms bringing warmth and kindness to all of those who were a part of his life. Joshua will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Joshua is survived by his mother, Crystal (Jon) Clary, his father, Kipp Simko (Ann Gulliver), his sister, Tiffany Simko, brother, Donald “Bubba” (Abbey) Watson, Stephanie (Jay) Woodard, and Jon Clary (Emmalie McIntyre.) Loving grandparents, Leona (Jim) Frascatore, Joseph (Patricia) Simko, Karen Crisafulli, Edward P. (Marlene) Watson, and David (Joanne) Clary. Adored by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and a nephew. Joshua was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Dunsmore.
