Kenneth Franklin Rice, 64, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026.
Born September 22, 1961, to the late George and Murriel (Spaulding) Rice.
Ken retired from NAPA Auto Parts in Oswego, NY. He formally worked side by side with his father and brother at the family business, Rice Disposal.
Some of his enjoyments in life were football, especially the L.A. Rams, racing, being a pit-crew chief for his sister-in-law’s racing team, also working on other racecars at Oswego Speedway.
In addition to his parents, Ken is predeceased by his fiancé Crystal Blauvelt.
Survivors include his brothers, David (Brenda) Rice and Edward (Mary) Rice; nieces, Stephanie (Dave) Albee and Stacey (Hunter) Raines; great-niece, Madison Albee; great-nephew, Jack Raines; along with many friends, including his best friend, Jim Rose and his wife Candy.
A graveside service with a celebration of life will be held in the spring.
