Kevin M. Dailey, born January 3rd, 1952 to the late Darrell and Joyce Kingham Dailey, left this earth on June 20th 2023 to rejoin his and friends that had gone before. Kevin grew up a "river rat" in Baldwinsville, moving to Hastings before settling in Brewerton with his wife Nancy in 2004, where they own and operate Dailey's Pour House sine 2002.
Kevin was employed as a salesman at K.J. Electric and Auburn Armature for a combined 20 years. But his greatest love was Dailey's Pour House, where he specialized in treating customers like family. Kevin and Nancy took night classes to learn how to own a business and became quite good at it!
Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Tremlett; daughters, Jessica and Ashley; brothers, Jerry and Curt; half-siblings, Bill and Donna; four grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind the Dailey's Pour House family, who will raise many a toast in his honor. He will likely be most missed by his best canine friend, Sophie. In addition to his parents, Kevin was predeceased by a brother Larry.
Kevin is a connoisseur of classic cars, a fan of the Red Sox and Cowboys, and a generous patron of other establishments. Kevin was a patriarchal figure to his Dailey's patrons and made multiple good friends in his time there. He was always there to make you laugh and pour you another! The Brewerton community has lost a man of the people, and we will always miss his company. As Kevin would say, another one bites the dust!
There will be a celebration of Kevin's life as a Tailgate Party on July 15th from 2-5pm at Brewerton Speedway, US Route 11, Brewerton. Bring your own chairs, maybe an awning and a dish to pass with your cooler.
