Lila Makuch

Lila M Makuch, 92, of Liverpool passed on Sunday April 3, 2022, peacefully at home, with her best and favorite care giver, RoRo, by her side.

Lila was born to Fred and Mildred Deyo. She was a manufacturer for Fridel Box Co. for many years. She enjoyed taking little trips with her husband Ted. She was a great person to have in your life and will be missed.

Lila was predeceased by her husband Theodore Makuch; daughter Linda; and three brothers Myron,  John, and Bud. Surviving are her granddaughter, and care taker for the last 28 years, Roseann Bisnett; two sons John and Gladys Bisnett of Liverpool and Chuck and Laura Bisnett of Syracuse; a sister Betty Merithew of Groton; 10 grandchildren Barbara and Kendall Bisnett of Jamestown, John and Vicky Bisnett of  Baldwinsville,  Cathy Bisnett of Syracuse, Janet and Clayton Bisnett of North Syracuse, Joseph Bisnett of Syracuse, Elizabeth Brown of Liverpool Charles and Amy Bisnett of Nedrow, Jennifer Bisnett of Syracuse Benjamin and Morgan Bisnett of Syracuse;  21 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, April 7th, 12 pm to 1 pm, with a Funeral Service to follow at 1 pm at Traub Funeral Home, Inc., 7975 Rt. 31 in Bridgeport. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Kirkville, immediately following the service.

The family would like to personally thank Hospice of CNY and Kindred at home for their excellent care. The family asks in lieu of flowers to make a donation to Hospice of CNY.
