Paul A. Derby

Paul A. Derby, 57, of Parish and formerly of Central Square, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday.

Paul enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, golfing, and being outdoors. He was a social butterfly and was always on the go. Paul would give you the shirt off his back and expect nothing in return. He always found a way to keep the situation light and keep everyone laughing.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Christina Derby; his children, Jessica Greenleaf, Meghann (Christian) Rohr, Mikaela (Samantha) Derby, Emma Derby, and James (Candie) Greenleaf; his mother, Margaret (Vickery) Crump; his granddaughter, Everlee Rohr; several brothers and sisters, and several aunts and uncles.

He was predeceased by his father, William Derby; and his brother, Randy Derby.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 13th from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at Traub Funeral Home, Central Square. Due to COVID-19, a private service will follow.
