Baker High School in Baldwinsville, NY. She married Harvey W. Chase on July 05, 1958 and worked as a town clerk in the Town of Cicero.
Penelope was a caretaker at heart, and being a mother and Nana was her greatest joy.
Her love of travel and shopping went hand in hand. She always looked forward to vacationing in Florida or Myrtle Beach, and going golfing. A wonderfully classy lady, she had a purse for every occasion, and was always down for a shopping trip or a glass of wine.
More recently, Penny looked forward to visiting her friends at the Cicero Senior Citizen Center, filling her days with bunco, chair aerobics, and mahjong.

Surviving are her children; Cherise Chase, Bonnie (John) Barbato, Todd (Michelle) Chase and Sean (Sarah) Chase, her beloved sister; Pamela Waters, sister in laws; Dawn Ellis and Carle (Paul) Wilsey, her grandchildren; Brett, Patrick, Brian, Bradley, Danielle, Jacob, Jessica “DeeDee”, Lexi, Kyle, Joe and Nick, great-grandchildren; Josie, Jaxson, Leora, Evelyn, Luca, Liam, Harvey and Henry, as well as several nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends and extended family.
