Peter Eddicus, IV, 62, of Constantia, New York died Sunday, December 31, 2023. He was co-owner and operator with his cousin, Edward Willey of the Seneca Knolls Diner in Van Buren, New York. Born and raised in Syracuse, New York. He was predeceased by his father, Glenford Eddicus.

He was an avid NASCAR fan. He was a dedicated owner and endorser of MOPAR cars. Loved cooking, his customers and all the friendships he established while at the State Tower Building parking facility.

Peter is survived by his mother, Mary Eddicus; cousin/brother, Eddie Willey; Uncle, Harold (Jean) Smith; Aunt, Patricia Manning; his feline friend, Axel; many cousins and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 11, 2024 in St. Lucy’s Church, Gifford Street, Syracuse, New York. Calling hours will be 4-7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Traub Funeral Home, Inc., 684 North Main Street, Central Square, New York. Burial will be private.
