Robert Scott Archambo, 57, of West Monroe, passed peacefully at home on Monday, with loving family by his side.
Robert was previously employed with New Venture Gear and General Electric and was currently employed as Senior Quality Engineer for Lockheed Martin. He was a 3rd Degree Master Mason for 19 years with the Masonic Lodge of Konosioni #950. He was a private pilot who flew for The Young Eagles with Oswego County Airport and Master Diver Instructor. Robert was an avid motorcyclist, horseman, boater, snowmobiler, and expert mechanic and engineer. He enjoyed ocean fishing with his friends, going to Sandy Pond with his family, and hunting with his father. He was a loving son, husband, father, and best friend to many.
Robert is predeceased by his mother Frances L. Archambo. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, the former Stephanie Woodcock; daughters Melanie (Capt. Ian) Hallman and Heather Delaney; father Robert W. Archambo; grandchildren Jerred, Genevieve, Robert, and Audrey; dog Charlieburton; and his Gypsy Vanner horse Eric.
Calling Hours will be held on Monday, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, at Traub Funeral Home, Inc., Central Square, with a Memorial Service to follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will take place in St. Peter's Cemetery in Oswego.
