Ronald G. Flower Jr. “Ronnie”, 51, of Central Square, passed away on July 22, 2023 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.
Ron was a HERO as he was an organ donor and helped save others in his time of passing. He was a lifelong member of the Central Square community where he resided. He was a graduate of Paul V. Moore High School.
Ron was committed to his community. He and his wife volunteered for many years with the Central Square Pop Warner football and Youth wrestling program, as well as the high school football and wrestling programs. After their boys graduated and were no longer involved in the programs they continued to volunteer and give much to the community.
Ron and his wife Amy owned and operated CNY RV CENTER in Central Square and CNY SHAVED ICE. He was also employed with the Central Square School District as a school bus driver.
He’s survived by his wife, Amy Flower; their three children Devin, Dylan, and Alyssa; his Mother, Marilyn L. Morey (Frank Kelley); Father, Ronald G. Flower Sr. (Connie); Sister, Melanie Flower; along with his nephew and several nieces.
He loved his family and friends. He loved his home, his garage, and especially his vehicles (as long as it was a FORD). He will be remembered most for his upbeat spirit, never ending work ethics, and especially his smile and willingness to help other no matter what. He was loved by many for his huge heart. Your family and friends will never forget you.
There will be no services as Ronnie would rather just have a big gathering. There will be a celebration of life remembering Ron at Jake’s Grub & Grog, 7 E. River Rd. in Central Square, Saturday, august 12th from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
