Ronald (Andy) Cottet of Constantia, NY, passed away in his sleep on June 8, 2023.
He was born on April 7, 1967, to Ronald and Susan (Fairchild) Cottet. He graduated from Paul V. Moore High School in Central Square in 1985. He then went on to become a journeyman mold maker. Despite being seriously injured in a 3-wheeler accident in the tenth grade, he worked as a mold maker for over 33 years at Majestic Mold & Tool in Phoenix, New York.
Andy enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, fishing, watching SU sports, Yankees baseball and NASCAR racing, hanging out with his friends, and drinking an ice cold Busch beer. Probably his greatest passion was for his “prin”, whom he started courting when they were in the fifth grade, and 33 years later, on September 25, 2010 she finally married him.
Andy is survived by his wife, Rhonda (Kupelian) Cottet; his parents, Ronnie & Susie Cottet; his brother, Bob (Susan) Cottet; his niece Roxann (Dom) Desjardins; and his great-nephew, Kaleb Crouse. He is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Paul & Carole Kupelian; his sister-in-law Cheri (Mike) Allen; and his brother-in-law Marty (Susan) Kupelian. He is also survived by his paternal aunt, Rosalyn House; maternal uncle, Pete Fairchild; and maternal aunts, Sally (Bill) Boles, and Patricia (Bill) Fairchild-Cushing. He is also survived by 5 nephews – Don (Kandace) Leska, Joe (Alisha) Leska, Chris (Vanessa) Kupelian, Kevin (Kelly) Kupelian, and Tim Kupelian, several cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He is also survived by several dear friends.
