Russell G. Baum

Russell G. Baum, 86, of Central Square, NY, passed away on May 19, 2026.

A lifelong resident of Caughdenoy, NY, Russell was the son of the late Alvaro C. Baum and Alma (Salisbury) Baum. He was an Army veteran and an avid sportsman who enjoyed the outdoors.

Russell was predeceased by his beloved wife, Anna M. Baum, who passed away in 2021, after 56 years of marriage; his son, Michael L. Baum, who passed away in 2022; his sisters, Jane Schauer and Garnet Howell; and his brother, Alvaro S. Baum.

He is survived by his sons, Corey (Gidget) Baum and Rusty Baum; his grandchildren, Kayla Baum and Cody Baum; his great-grandchildren, Mariah and Damon; and his brother, Warren J. Baum.

Russell will be remembered with love by his family and all who knew him.
