Shirley Windey

Our Mother gained her angel wings on Tuesday, June 25th, 2024 at her home.    

She was born on November 14, 1926 to the late Carlton and Neva Watkins.

Shirley’s strength and incredible kindest came from deep in her heart. She knew how to parent, with just the right amount of push and resistance and loved her family deeply. She was a member of the Oswego County Atv club  and Harmony Riders. She worked for Syracuse China for more than 20 years.  Daughter of the late Carlton and Neva Blankman Watkins.

Predeceasing Shirley is her husband; Arthur Windey, her four brothers and two Sisters Evelyn and Erma Keller. 

Those left to share in her memory are her son; Brian A. Windey (Darby) and daughter; Bonnie Windey Andrews, as well as 6 grandchildren; Jeff, Scott, Greg, Brian Todd, Sara Fisher, and Tracy Komrowski.
