Stephen T. Burke

Stephen T. Burke passed away unexpectedly on October 1, 2025.

Stephen was born on September 18, 1960, to his parents Thomas and Joan Burke.

He retired from Rural Metro. Stephen coached Pop Warner football and little league baseball for many years.

Stephen was a gear head through and through, dirt racing and NASCAR were his favorite. He also loved Yankees baseball.

Stephen is predeceased by his brother Jeffrey Burke, and his father Thomas Burke.

Stephen is survived by his mother Joan Burke; sons, Joshua Burke (Gina) and Adam Burke (Chelsea); sister Lori Savino (Peter); his pride and joy grandsons Michael, Daniel, Lukas, and James; along with his beloved dogs Pinky and Pepper.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 7 at Traub Funeral Home in Central Square from 5:00pm – 7:00pm with a funeral following immediately after.

A private burial will take place at Jacksonville Cemetery on October 8.
