Susan Fenton Obituary

Susan Irene Fenton was a caring and loving mother, girlfriend, daughter, sister, and friend.  She left this world after battling a life-long illness on Sunday, November 21, 2021.  She was 63 years old.

Sue was born to Raymond and Delores Olin (Decker) on September 8, 1958.  After graduating from Paul V. Moore High School in Central Square she went right into the workforce choosing a career in the insurance industry for over 40 years.

She loved spending time with family and friends watching SU games, having BBQs, vacationing, and going out on the town.  Sue was known for her fantastic holiday flair, dressing herself up from head to toe, decorating every room in her house, her cubicle at work, and she loved creating little goodie bags full of holiday fun for her granddaughter.  Sue will forever be remembered for her infectious laughter, her caring nature, and for always walking through life with a smile on her face no matter what health challenges she was facing.

Sue is survived by her domestic partner, her love of 26 years, Michael Timerson, her son Patrick Fenton, step-daughter Danielle Timerson (Anthony Pandozzi), granddaughter Ella Mae Harber, brother David (Dale) Olin, and nephew Aaron Olin.  She is pre-deceased by both of her parents, Raymond and Delores.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the First Baptist Church located at 701 N. Main St., Central Square, NY. The family asks that for the day of the funeral services, if you can, in memory and celebration of Sue to please come dressed in SU attire or SU colors because she would absolutely love that. Also, in lieu of flowers, please donate to the Central Square First Baptist Church.
