Susan A. Mintonye

Susan A. Mintonye, 70, passed away peacefully on August 03, 2025 with her sister Shirley by her side. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at Shirley's house in Mexico, NY on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 1:00PM - 5:00PM.

Susan was born in Syracuse on February 04, 1955. She lived in Fulton for many years and moved to the town of Mexico where she lived with her sister. 

Susan enjoyed playing bingo, drawing, coloring, painting, and watching Westerns (Especially John Wayne). In her most recent days, she always looked forward to going to St. Luke’s Adult Daycare, spending time with her friends there, and creating art. 

Surviving is her children; Lester Mintonye and Richard Mintonye, her siblings; Shirley Gates, Lester Perry, Robert Perry, and Carmen Perry Jr., as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband; Roger.
