Debra L. Brownson, 61, of Kirkville, passed away on Saturday with family by her side. She was a proud and loving mother and wife, who enjoyed working on her family farm. Debra was a passionate gardener and canner who was well known for her Strawberry Jam and homemade pies at Thanksgiving.   

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, James Brownson; children, Ben (Melissa) Brownson, Sara (Mike) LaPointe, Elizabeth (Dave) Swank, Molly (Andy) Gaeta, Susan (Marc) Brigham, and Cindy Brownson; Dylan and Madison Brownson, Garrett, Isabella, and Owen LaPointe, and Claire Gaeta. 

There will be a Celebration of Life at the Bridgeport VFW, on Friday, March 31, from 5 – 8 PM.
